I have used Pennington Upholstery more than once and have been extremely pleased with the work they did, the time frame it’s been done in, and the value for the money! Seven years ago they recovered a Patio Set that we had owned for over 15 years and it still looks fantastic! It has 10 pieces that stay outside uncovered year round. BEWARE: AVOID THIS COMPANY. We submitted a one-star review. A recurring theme with other one-star reviews concerning this business is subpar customer service. The owner’s response to our concerns implies that many of the negative Google reviews regarding customer service and treatment may be accurate.
