Called the 800 number today after filling out a issue complaint on there web site and never hearing back. My issue the smart seed which I purchased from Walmart i put down in MB SC On or around 4/1 on bare spots and over seedinging never germinate. Reapplied 5/1 again never germinate. They stated the seed is old 2025 that walmart sold. They stated send a copy of receipt if I still had a copy it would be faded out these receipts are not ment to last. I buy hundreds of pounds of black oil sunflower seed every year. Now it’s filled with so much junk I can’t use it in my custom feeders. It’s insulting for you to try to scam people like this. You lost a customer.
