Mark my words, the new system is deliberately designed to push people into online registration. The government wants to reduce human service to save their costs while still finding ways to charge us more. I fee so bad for the workers forced to deal with a system that is deliberately broken. I got on the que at 8am and by 2pm I was done. What a waste of a day.
On hold for over a hour. Obviously this is not out of the norm as plenty of other people are complaining about crazy wait times. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER PENNINGTON COUNTY. UNACCEPTABLE.

We needed to get our trailer’s title transferred from out of state. Rebecca worked with us both times and provided excellent customer service! Just a side note it works a lot better if you go on their website and sign up to be put on the waitlist! They can send you a text message 30 minutes before so you can drive there and not wait too long. Having patience helps the experience go smoother!
