Poorly ran with what we pay for taxes they need more staff for the population
So terrible coming here. Be prepared to waste an entire day waiting
Dawn Keegan wouldn't process my vehicle registration and title transfer without me sending her additional copies of documents she already had, then tried to charge me $400 in bogus fees. A different employee did everything with no additional charges, but the transaction dates were entered incorrectly, and they now refuse to mail my registration card and stickers without me paying for duplicate plates, which I don't need, claiming the stickers were sent over a month before I registered my vehicle. Had to wait forever! After the 4hr wait, we didn’t have everything we needed, Nathan was super helpful and patient with us and helped us get what we needed. Took about 45 minutes at the desk, but got the truck and 5th wheel registrations transferred from AZ to SD. Left with plates, but titles are 3 months out 😳 Would highly suggest checking in online prior to arrival.
Slight hold time which is to be expected, however the customer service was amazing! Super friendly and very helpful.
