If I could give a zero I would. I am calling with an outstate dealership, I was on hold for 1+ hour stating I was the next call in line. However, regardless of how long you are on hold, they automatically disconnect the call because they do not take calls from Noon to One to focus on customers in office, which I get that, but to hang up on those who have been waiting for OVER an hour is crazy.
