I am currently using this law firm. Previously it was Penine law. Why have you changed things that worked perfectly fine. For conveyancing I used to take my documents in, copied and job done. Now it's a 3rd party company that wants you to download an app. Upload copies of everything, link your Bank details, get passcodes and so so and so on. What a farce! Extremely disappointed – would not recommend. My experience with WB Pennine Solicitors has been deeply frustrating and damaging. I instructed them to handle a property sale that required urgency and professionalism, yet due to consistent delays, missed deadlines, and poor communication, the property was ultimately repossessed—despite court orders and ample time to complete the transaction. Not open or honest about anything, bad communication, slow to process anything. Just avoid them and save your self the hassle. Not once did we get an apology for been lied to for 2 months straight, we only found out they was unable to process anything after someone let slip that there systems hadn't worked for months. Even 1 star is too much. Please dont listen or belive a word they say, because they will happily lie thought a polite smile.
Avoid! Unfortunately our buyers chose this solicitor for their purchase of our house. Communication was awful, more than once the solicitor went on holiday and we were not given any contact details for the person taking over. We often went days/ weeks with no updates. Then we tried to exchange 4 times before managing it, each failed attempt was due to poor communication from this firm.
