Absolute worse experience with a bank ever! It's been a month since attempting to open a business bank account. Just received an email that they filed paperwork incorrectly and I needed to sign new paperwork to get the account activated. I know other business owners who have had great experiences with this bank and rave about the bank but from my experience the service is terrible! I've tried to escalate the concerns to the HQ and the Mifflintown branch and have been told a DM would get ahold of me and nothing. That was two ... read more
