Penner International has not been paying our invoices. Their stated payment terms are 90 days, but there has been no response and no payment. They currently owe us over $20,000. We never faced this issue when the work was under CAT, which was a reliable company and always paid on time. This level of delay and lack of communication from Penner International is very disappointing and unexpected.
Very rude and disrespectful behavior on the road. He was driving slowly and when I started to go around him on HWY 1 he was deliberately speeding up smiling and giving me the middle finger, when I managed to get around him he slowed down again and fell behind me.
