This bank was amazing when it was c&g. Great customer service, no matter the issue or end result. As soon as it switched, all new people were in nanty-glo location and their treatment of me has been rude and terrible. I've complained to their boss in altoona who was just as bad. No wonder their is such lack- luster customer service. I have no choice but to sever ties with this bank. I'm actually saddened by it. I loved this bank when it was c&g. Closing one account today and seeing up the other to close in about a week.
