Ive been with this bank for 6 years, and they've always been helpful and straightforward with me with whatever I needed. Great bank with incredible small-town charm and wonderful atmosphere. Extremely refreshing when it comes to other banks in town :)

Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t bother expecting quality service or convenience. Expect difficulty and frustration.
Nothing but issues since I opened an account at this bank. They are rude condensing and don’t explain anything at all to you. I went from having a bank for over 10 years no issues and issues I had were my fault. But this bank my god find somewhere else. The extra stress of the dumb dumbs isn’t worth it!
Straight forward answer I have had so many issues since they first got sold out to a new bank in Williamsburg.
