Awesome customer service! Love dealing with them.
Mr. Jack was incredibly helpful. Our only other option for getting what we needed would be to order online, which isn't what we wanted. Additionally, their shipping costs were actually lower than anything I'd seen online and I searched. Nothing but quality items made in America. Lastly - we didn't go in there for this but they have beautiful bunting (the draped/gathered fabric often seen on porches and fence lines for Mardi Gras, 4th of July, etc.).
