They go through with you personally and help you file your taxes to your best interest and have many suggestions for future record keeping to help with maximizing returns and lowering tax liabilities. Months ago I contacted Penn York accounting to do work on tax returns and it was believed by them that it wasn't worth my time or money however I'm the client it's my decision not theirs. I expressed to them the reasons I needed to have the tax returns done and they completely disregarded it I had to contact them in November after months of waiting to hear from them only to be told I would be contacted on the 28th of November and here it is December 1st and no contact has been made.
