She was very nice and helpful, helped me get track for Lionel train
The lady at the desk was very rude an un professional, didn't know anything about rc car's, wich is confusing if you own a rc shop. Asked her to help see if the parts we needed would work and didn't know and wouldn't even try to see if they would work. Terrible service and the place is so ran down I never should have expected much. I will never go back and would highly recommend to everyone else go somewhere else.
Her hours are not very stable or reliable. She is not there during open hours even with new posted hours. Some track supplies do not seem to be restocked quickly or at all. Older train cars, nothing very new. I will probably not be back and will just make the drive to more established and reliable hobby shops.
Easy to find and parking is even easier. The owner was very attentive and helpful to my model train needs. She suggested some good products and shared a lot of the inventory to enhance my layout. I totally enjoyed the shopping experience. I also picked up lots of great diaroma items at a great price. I plan on going back real soon.
