This is where I spend 90% of my money on HO scale model trains. Money well spent.
Horrible service. I live a ways away from was looking for something particular. Called many times only for me to take the drive and find out the don’t have it. A simple answered phone call would have been generous. Not even 30 seconds. I don’t understand how a place like this is still in business.
This would be a nice store. But I have been trying to call and no one is answering even during business hours. All I want to know of they can fix one of my Lionel O-Gauge steam engines....
Not open during business hours not even a sign to explain why. Either call or just don't go if they can't be open during "Business hours"
Drive completely out of my way to visit this store and they were closed during hours of operation! Not too good of a business practice. Website said 3:00, sign on the door said 2:30 and they were closed before 2:00.....🤷♂️
