Extremely poor (nonexistent) service in spite of my 2 direct telephone communications with the service mgr. One month after the order was placed I received an email saying it was cancelled W/O explanation.
Ordered twice from them so far and the first took four weeks to get and I'm currently waiting for the second item which is into the sixth week. Both items are sent from the manufacturer so at this point I'm convinced that they are merely a middle man operation with no actual inventory stocked. Both times I had to contact them to find out what the hold up was. They don't hesitate to take your money at time of order, unlike most other companies that don't charge your visa until the item ships. This is my last purchase.
