I saw Dr Kuntz at Penn Radnor for Bursitis in my right arm. He recommended Good Shepherd so I called the Media office. They chose Ally as my physical therapist & I saw her from January 13th starting at 2 days a week & then in mid February down to one day a week. Today I graduated from PT in person visits. I started using the MedGo app for daily exercises twice a day from the beginning to increase my strength. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great Team! Great location! They are always on time and do a great job of getting the work done in the time allotted. Ally was amazing in targeting my issues as they changed throughout the course of treatment and greatly improved my strength and mobility. I feel so much better and look forward to continuing the regimen she put together for me at home. She did an amazing job explaining the purpose for and benefits of each exercise.
The physicians are incredibly helpful and friendly, I saw real improvement in just a few weeks. I was also impressed with their knowledge and expertise. They don't use the same generic exercises I'd been given at other places, they either fully customized them or created brand new ones to address the specific unique issues with my body.
