Be warned if you are there for the weight loss program. You pay the $65/ month for 6 months as advertised. But one 20 minute (or less) telehealth visit with a provider will run you close to an additional $300. I was not warned about that. The office scheduled the appointment for me- could have easily been an email. Don’t be duped!
My husband and I have been coming here for the past 3 years and I’m shocked at all the one star reviews! We have never had a bad experience here, from scheduling over the phone and the front of house staff to the doctors and nurses themselves (especially Dr. Thompson!). We will continue to come here with our incoming child.
THERE IS A GUY HERE THAT WORKS IN THE SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT THAT IS SUPER RUDE. HE ACTUALLY GOT RUDE WITH ME OVER THE PHONE AND HUNG UP ON ME. IF YOU ARE NOT A PEOPLE PERSON, THEN THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU. HE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING HERE. ALSO THEY NEVER HAVE AVAILABILITY FOR A FOLLOW UP APPT WITH YOU'RE PCP. YOU HAVE TO WAIT MONTH'S TO GET AN APPT. THIS LOCATION IT'S TERRIBLE. I AM LOOKING FOR A NEW PCP AS THIS IS NOT WORKING OUT FOR ME.
