We transferred here from a family practice thinking our kids would get better care from a pediatrician. We have come to find that the opposite is true. At first we loved the idea of the walk-in clinic, but then that closed. The office seems disorganized and there always seems to be a mix-up of sorts. Some of the staff are wonderful, but some seem to not enjoy children(this was the whole reason we picked a pediatric practice. At least pretend to like kids!). The front desk lady at the Eye care section was really rude. Came in and introduced my self since she was the first person I saw. I asked if it was ok for me to share some flyers for Health personnel appreciation. And told me they don't have that personal in there… I asked if they did not have doctors or nurses that work in the building and she responded that yes. But to drop flyers I needed to go through a process… and needed to talked to someone at the front desk. Were they have no one there… I understand having process an... read more

Came today for my 3 year to see optomology and the man before the doctor came in that saw her is absolutely amazing. He is so patient and was able to get my 3 year to participate without getting bored. He is wonderful! I am very happy we were referred here. Yuxin is his name and he is great!
Not that I'm a fan of Penn State or anything but we go here because we found an amazing doctor here for our kid named Dr. Fugate. Extremely satisfied with him. Great Dr. and person.
