I volunteer at the Bike Den and I'm very thankful that Penn State decided to create this resource to promote biking in the community. Craig is super knowledgeable and always helpful along with all of the other volunteers that I've had the pleasure to meet. The Bike Den accomplishes something truly remarkable. It is a space where a diversity of people are welcomed and feel at home and supported regardless of their background. I just wish there was a way that I could contribute financially to the Bike Den's mission!
Told me to come back another day 30 minutes before closing when it was a quick one minute fix
Absolute professionals. I immediately noticed that Bike Den mechanics were highly knowledgeable and skilled, while being extremely passionate about what they do. I came in for a brake problem, and they fixed it back to working order in less than 10 minutes. Not only that, but they diagnosed the issue, and fixed a small problem with my headlight. 11/10. Would’ve paid $50 for the service- if they’d let me.
