I made a real mess of my tire and they fixed it right up. The staff was so helpful and patient, it’s a great place to have right on campus!
The Bike Den is a perfect representation of a great community service that exists on campus at Penn State and in State College at large. Craig, who I always chat with while servicing my bikes at the Den, is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. A vast array of tools are available to cyclists at no charge—including high quality gauged pumps to fill your tires. I just had the best experience at the bike den. Craig was a huge help! He gave the perfect balance of help and allowing me to learn by working on it myself. This is such a great resource. I wish more of my student activities fund went to resources like this. Congrats on 10,000 customers!
