Skye Altaire is the worst provider I have ever encountered in my life. If you leave poor reviews with Penn medicine and specify that you do not wish to be called they'll still call you. Skye Altaire cannot be trusted and I would recommend seeing a poorly trained dog over her because you will have better outcomes. She has no respect for doctor patient confidentiality.
Fell and damaged my ankle and was very painful and figured I sprained it. After two days with no improvement called my doctor and he e-mail d me a script for X-ray. In the process of searching found out you need appointment at Penn Medicine closest to me—no walk-ins. Thank God this is just an urgency and not an emergency. Would like to change my above review to 4 stars. My original review was based on the wrong Penn Medicine facility and not the one at southern Chester county, West Grove, PA. They were fantastic. I love working with Meghan Zimmerman- she is kind and empathetic and always makes you feel comfortable when you come to Penn- I would highly recommend her for physical therapy
