I was trying for three months to obtain my title so that I could sell car. Went to three other business that charged me a fee but did not receive my title. Went to Penn hills notary and they figured out the problem, cobra red DMV and resolved my issue and I received title within ten days. I received prompt, considerate. My mother had been having trouble getting the title for a car she had paid off and the DMV kept giving her the runaround. This place was recommended to us and within a few minutes of walking in the door they helped straighten everything out and she finally received her title a few days later. I highly recommend them for any of your auto paperwork needs.
OK, but they add on extra not required stuff. First, I wanted a title notarized into someone else's name and they demand the address..... The address is not needed, only thing required is purchases first and last name, its written right on back of title. And then they gave some nonsense speech about its not transfered legally until done by notary. Not true. As soon as title is notarized and then buyer signs on buyers signature line, seller has no responsibility...... Ever send a PA title of of state..... come on. And then th... read more
