Best service always a smile.
I had a very unprofessional experience at this branch with Branch Manager Kelly McClaud. On July 8, 2025, between 12:45–1:10 PM, I came in with my pregnant daughter to inquire about a loan. While we were sitting in the waiting area, Ms. McClaud yelled from her office, “What do you want?” — no greeting, no professionalism, just loud and dismissive. This place sucks. The manager has the worst customer service. I would advise you go to a different location or institution.
My husband just put a good amount of money into his bank account and now they think someone is pretending to be him because of all this money? So they locked his bank card and took $100 so we’re going to ur stupid bank to take his money back because ya really suck definitely try banking w fedelity they won’t rob you or take ur money without making sure it’s you.
