Terrible! They ran my credit, I gave them all my information, my credit score is very good, almost 740, I met all the requirements, and in the end, the credit manager denied me the loan without a reason. Don't waste your time here.
Terrible customer service. I applied for a loan and the loan manager never had the decency of calling me back. I received a letter in the mail to find out they couldn’t do the loan and I don’t know why!!

I had a very unprofessional experience at this branch with Branch Manager Kelly McClaud. On July 8, 2025, between 12:45–1:10 PM, I came in with my pregnant daughter to inquire about a loan. While we were sitting in the waiting area, Ms. McClaud yelled from her office, “What do you want?” — no greeting, no professionalism, just loud and dismissive.
