They do not have the correct network ATM locations on their website. Because of this I have been using a credit union ATM that is supposedly in network. However they don't update their website or their network of credit unions that they work with. I specifically asked if anyone is in charge of monitoring the ATMs that their members use and make sure they're not being charged, oh no, no one does that. Always asking for donations. Really nice!!
They aren’t what they used to be, I don’t get their policy on rewards using the Penn East Debit Card, they go above & beyond to screw their customer’s over, once, twice, & three time’s, they lie, they’re rude, & snippy!
Every Fri their app is down. Last month i was stranded with my grandkids in Philadelphia because my app wouldn't work for me to pay the hotel. Make matters worse they was closed so i couldn't even call them for help. Then when you do call them they act like you're the problem or their clueless about the app. Very unprofessional and yall playing with people's money
