Staff are helpful and knowledgeable with no high-pressure tactics. They are very open to discussing good alternatives. However, the location is not ideal and they pretty much only carry Trek bikes (I was shopping for a hybrid).
Friendly staff, professional advice and recommendations
The store Manager, Al, assisted me after buying a Trek fat tire bike. I can't say enough about the great service and advice he provided me. I really felt he went out of his way to make sure I had a great customer experience. I will certainly recommend Penn Cycle to others because of Al.
