Penn Community bank put billboards up all over. They are trying to build up small business customers with a program called Penn Edge. They claim to offer up to $250,000 unsecured for small businesses that qualify. They also claim a 3 day approval. Wow... sounds great!! Was a customer for over 33 years personal and mostly business banking. Due to a very unfortunate family matter the administration asked me to vacate my accounts to another location another bank altogether. Claim that they really had no choice after 33 years of being a customer and having dozens of people make positive claims to my character and being a local businessman myself with hundreds of five star reviews as to my character it seems very evident to me they indeed had a choice and made it.
