Our card was hacked husband went to get a new card and the staff couldn't get into vault so they couldn't get us a card. How is that possible?!?! Also they're fraud support is a joke
Once again I say that this community bank is a great place to do business. They are very helpful and simplify transactions for me they go out of their way for customers on a regular basis. Thank you
Penn Community Bank has been an excellent bank. The people at this location are friendly and extremely helpful. I have always had a positive experience - we have been going to various locations of this bank for 25 years. They are great!
