Been banking at Penn Community at Bensalem branch for years, can’t say enough about all the employees there. They are always pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to help you. They really do make you feel like family.
The customer service at Penn Community bank is unmatched. I have multiple accounts with the branch, and Amy at the Bensalem location fixed an issue for me and applied a courtesy refund for an overdraft fee. This is why I bank here. Thank you for always being friendly and courteous.
Ryan was so helpful getting me set up and Cathy was a pleasure assisting me today when I walked in.
