I had to do banking that was confusing and hard for me. There wasn't anyone in the offices. Jennifer S called me over and was amazing!!! Helped me with a smile and I didn't feel badly at all. She did it all quickly and I could not be anymore grateful. Thank you!!!

I got a call about several insufficient charges on my account due to an error on a card I had connected to the account. The person on the phone was not very kind. She said she could only return one of the many charges, and when I asked if there was someone else I could talk to, she said no, and that anyone else would be able to do nothing more than she already did. Customer service is spot on, team is outstanding, manager goes out of his way to assure 100% satisfaction with any/every transaction. Switched my business banking to Penn Community Bank and have absolutely ZERO regrets.

Penn Community is a true local bank for the community. Tim the branch manager is extremely helpful and has extensive knowledge in the banking industry. Penn Community sponsors many events for the local community and gives personalized service to community members, unlike the other big banks in the area.
