Very helpful and efficient
Having used Penmans in the past without any issues I thought somebody there could answer a question and maybe help me out again but after getting in touch several times over the last 2 months a Solicitor has still not been in contact , occasionally a receptionist replies to my email but are often ignored . Very poor customer service , how things have changed over the last 10yrs . If they can't help why not say " we can't help" instead of silence .
When a solictior claims to have "30 years of experience" and states "I can't be sure" "I do not know" & "I cannot tell" over email and is asking you. "What do you want me to do?" like they do not know the process of investigation themselves. Or are they prepared to contact the correct authority for auditing and even placing a caveat, given clear friction in someone not doing what they are expetced to do out of legal responsibility, by that point you should know you're being messed about with and fleeced and the staff of the ... read more
