We didn’t have the best experience ordering our sauna. Communication from the seller was unclear, and ultimately, we received a product that was not what we expected. When first inquiring, we were told that every sauna automatically came with a porch. We also confirmed that the sauna we ordered would comfortably seat four people. However, what wasn’t mentioned was that in order to meet code, a barrier had to be installed around the heater—reducing the seating capacity to just two. Thank you all the team from Penisula and especially Helena. She was very helpful and very responsive. She help me to get my bunkies delivered on time. Delivery went very smoothly and drivers know what they were doing. Bunkies are looking great and I am thinking to purchase bigger one next year if things works well.

I just received my new Georgian Storage Shed from Peninsula. I have to say that Helena was great throughout the process. She answered my multitude of questions and provided me with whatever information I asked for. Drew, who delivered the shed was very personable and likeable and also was very thorough and particular about transporting and placing the shed on the site I had prepared. Highly recommended! We purchased a 10'x16' storage shed and everything exceeded our expectations. The quality of the shed, the totally hassel free delivery (and placement in a tight spot) and communication all the way through whole process.
