I visited several assisted living facilities. The staff was wonderful and informative. Jennifer Counihan was instrumental in helping decide on this location. They way the building and rooms are setup staff seem to be present and attentive to guests. I feel safe having my mom here because I know she won't be neglected.
When looking for a new home for aging loved ones, I have to say that Peninsula Pointe has exceeded our expectations. Starting with the initial meeting of Jennifer Counihan. She was the most genuine and kind person to start the process! I consider her a friend at this point! She listened to our family's concerns and truly cared about our needs. I accompanied a friend on several assisted living facilities tours and this one stood out in many areas. Jennifer Counihan’s love and enthusiasm and caring personality made us instantly feel welcome. The place looked spotless, the staff was wonderful and the residents appeared engaged and happy. The overall energy was loving and caring.
I visited Peninsula Pointe on Feb 12, during their Valentine’s Day Open House. The appetizers were plentiful, including a chocolate fountain! The staff and tour leader were hospitable. The units were lovely. Some with large walk-in closets! The ambiance was family feeling, not overwhelming. A welcoming place!
I loved this place. Especially Jennifer she was great. Facility was clean, staff was great and the resident there were all so nice. Definitely recommend
