We have had great success with Rick at Peninsula Physiotherapy (2 daughters and husband) and will return for any new physio needs!
Tried to book an opening for a RMT, day of, got told. “Not accepting new clients”. Guess they don’t want to fill up their open bookings… day of. Poor business model, find a better place. These people don’t care.

Shame on you Madelyn Jones. I've been attending this clinic from north cowichan for the last 4 years and never have I had any problems with the front end staff regarding the treatment I was sent here for. If your practioner referred you to them, then they must consider them a worthy clinic. Would they not need to ask questions on your condition to properly treat you? It's not so much about compassion, it's about making sure you are properly treated. That's my opinion and I'm entitled to it.
Go somewhere else. I cancelled my appointment here. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, ignored my practitioners referral and made me feel like I needed to provide more details of my injury for them to take me seriously. If you’re not a compassionate individual, maybe don’t work the front desk of a physio clinic. I ended up cancelling my appointment to avoid the front desk. There are so many great physio offices out there (like Islandview Physiotherapy) who make you feel comfortable and taken care of. Avoid this place... read more
