Going through a claim is very stressful, the thought of involving lawyer's was very scary. After having met the team at Peninsula I knew they were there to support. I never felt like a claim, I was treated like a friend. From support through the process to person advise through the hard times. It felt like Justin held my hand and walked beside and supported me up the hill which was the claim.
