They were unkind to my daughter when she explained she had health issues and asked for help. They belittled and demeaned her. The customer service is atrocious!
We have been members for a long time. We have financed 2 cars, and a pickup truck. No problem with any thing. They are good people and a great help.
The staff are great, but hours suck and no drive-thru in Poulsbo. Additionally, soooo many issues with their on-line banking.
