Over the past 40. Years I have financed every vehicle I have purchased. I have been through personal issues with their team by my side and they are always willing to help. I am realistic, the credit union has not always given me an answer I wanted, but to their credit I have always gotten a reasonable explanation. They were unkind to my daughter when she explained she had health issues and asked for help. They belittled and demeaned her. The customer service is atrocious! Two months later and nothing has changed. My daughter just got off the phone with another unprofessional representative. Your customer service is still atrocious.
