I waited two weeks for an appointment. Had to miss a day of work. I had a health issue before leaving the house and it made me 15 minutes late. I live 10 minutes away. I got no call and I was told it was an automatic reschedule after 10 minutes. I didn't even bother waiting to see how long I would have to wait. So I just left. My assumption is that they have too many clients, which means that you don't really matter.
I recently had a dental checkup at Peninsula Community Health Services Key Peninsula location, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. PCHS provides top-notch medical care that truly prioritizes patient comfort and well-being. I recommend them to anyone in the community.
Worst office i have ever delt with. Dr decided to stop helping because it was above her skill level. No referral for a new primary care provider. The office staff will not help you. I tried to get a message to a Dr at another clinic in there network but she couldn't get a message to them . I also tried to get some paperwork to the other office and she said she couldn't get it there. Same peninsula health services
I cannot say enough great things about, Dr. Johal. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, listened to, and genuinely cared for.
