Disappointed by their customer service! We used them for our holiday shoppe in 2012 their stuff was OK at best, but then we did not hold a shoppe for a couple years, when we reached out to them in November 2015 they refused to work with us because we did not have prior year sales numbers to report to them! Then in April 2016 they promised one of our officers free teacher mugs for signing up at a convention, promising we had until October to cancel and we would be able to keep the mugs.
