Total scam! I lost close to $14,000 by believing their “ guaranteed “ contracts and agreements. I paid for several services that were never delivered. Now, all phone numbers are disconnected, no email responses and no “guaranteed refund for unfulfilled projects”. If anyone has suggestions on how to recover any funds, I’d love to hear about them. I filed a claim with BBB and they never responded to them either. Horrible experience!
Do not use this company!!!!! This is a false company that has also worked under Amzn Publishers posing to be part of Amazon. They use AI and do not perform any of the services they list. A publishing company is not supposed to charge you for publishing your book. Do not be fooled by their tactics. Check their logo, their email, look them up on LinkedIn, you will find they are false and do not exist. Unfortunately I got scammed! I wrote a book, first one for me and called this company. They got a lot of money out of me, a lot! I didn't know. I did research but they made it seem like they were the actual penguin publishing company which they are not. I should say "were not" because every single # I have for them is now disconnected.
