Such a disappointing and frustrating experience. Our food took 45 minutes to come and it came one plate at a time for a table of 4. They forgot one of our breakfasts so we all ate at different times. Maybe it was an off day but it was so slow and the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing.
The low light of our trip to Bristol. Four guys behind the till who couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery. Four of us came in for breakfast and a coffee. We each got served at 20min intervals.
What a pleasant way to spend an hour after a trip to the hospital. Baps were delicious, latte was perfect and the friendly team made this our new favourite when we visit Bristol ❤️
