Chose here a while back to get my first credit card. The teller (I think her name was Lindsey, I hope I spelled her name correctly) and later, the lady on the phone (sorry I can't remember her name), were both so kind. A big thank you to both of them. They answered any questions I had, and made the process quick and hassle free. They didn't try to pressure me into financial offers or products, and they didn't make me feel judged or anything like that. I truly appreciate their help.
If it wasn’t for the free banking I get because I previously had a mortgage with these guys I would’ve left ages ago. Always the longest lines , usually one teller while one teller pretends she’s too busy to aknowledge your existence. You can’t verify it do anything online with this account. Doesn’t show up for bills or to verify identities for loans etc. All around it’s a very inferior bank and just pure garbage. No idea how it’s still around
Whomever that woman with the short salt and pepper hair is quite rude, we asked a simple question before the answer left your mouth the sour look you gave us was enough. Never have I ever felt so dumb for asking a simple question. Thank you for making me feel like a dummy
