Do not like that can't speak to human 24/7 anymore. And when get someone can hear people in background so hard time to understand anything. Please fix this terrible problem because just received wire transfer letter and all S are C on name and address yet representative said Serra, but letter is Charlie and can't verify.
The worst bank I ever dealt with, I have money sitting in the account, called 2 times to initiate the wire, the money is still there wire never came out, terrible experience
This is the worst credit union I've dealt with thus far. I've been member for years now, never missed payment here nor anywhere else, have a great income and debt ratio and these clowns deny every form of credit I apply for. I'll go else where and I'm miraculously approved. The board members need to be removed and changes need to be made with this institution. A credit union that doesn't lend to its members in good standing is useless.

Terrible. App not useful at all, especially if you want to see purchases by name/search. Fraud alerts over monthly reoccurring payments constantly. Horrible customer service—nobody knows how to do anything. You will waste hours of your life on the phone with these people and they won’t even know what caused the issue or who to transfer you to.
