Don’t ever refinance a car with PenFed I have been dealing with issues since June.. It isn’t just some quick process. FBFCU no issues.

Never again will I recommend Pen Fed. We had recently some conversations regarding a transaction and after two month- we never talked with one and the same representative. No urgency in our matter, no action.
Moved in November and took until April with several phone calls to get the address for myself changed. Husband was dealing with same issue and finally spoke to someone in June who ensured him that the address was changed and no more mail would go to our old address. Today got a notice another piece of mail sent to our old address. I chatted in and was told his address was never updated and he needed to call in to change it. 7/16/25 - Do not use PenFed! A year ago I posted the below review about PenFed. They were finally able to fix the Bill Pay issue on the computer, but not on the mobile app. Now I'm having issues with credit cards and I haven't been able to talk to a real human being! It's a travesty to see how inept this one-time excellent credit union has fallen!
