Veronica was very helpful when setting up a new car loan and getting us out with a check that day! i was running late for work and she made sure to get us out as fast as possible. we’re very glad she was there to help!
I’ve heard good things about their in person service, but online is TRASH! It doesn’t appear they can remotely keep up with other bank online services. If you’re FROM the bank and read this, I don’t want to speak with anyone. I’m fairly sure you’re aware of the online limitations.
I've been a member over 5 years, but I haven't used the services or branch until this week. I have to say the in-person service was excellent. Veronica and the teller assisted me right through my auto loan and new checking account items. I'm completely satisfied both in person and all my online and ATM experiences. The rates for the Auto and HELOC were very competitive without the fees! Plus, the online applications went smoothly and fast. I'll be and will refer everyone looking for great rates and services.
I just had a good visit at the branch even though i have huge issue going on and they could not resolve it today but the manager Ray was the best and helped explain everything and helped calm me down and see the process had to be completed ... So i am trusting the process and so thankful i had Ray assisting me today. Once issue is resolved think i will send her something to show my appreciation
