Stopped in this past week and was very happy with the experience. The lobby was very clean and I received amazing customer service from Rae. She was very warm, friendly, and approachable. I left very satisfied with my experience and would totally recommend this bank/branch to my friends and family.

I will never forget my first time stepping inside this credit union. The branch location is a bit of a drive for me, 1 1/2 hours on average depending on traffic, but nevertheless, that doesn’t matter. Traffic was terrible the day I decided to go here after getting a buyer’s order for a car that I’ve been looking for a long while. I had a wonderful experience at the East Windsor PenFed branch. Veronica was exceptionally gracious, patient, and professional. I arrived quite late in the day on Friday, and even after closing hours, she remained kind, supportive, and thorough in helping me complete my auto loan process. Her warmth and attention to detail made everything seamless and stress-free. I’m sincerely appreciative of her time and recommend this branch and credit union for their efficiency, care, and outstanding service.
