The manager Rae was Amazing. I was having issues with customer service over the phone and I went into the branch and she assisted me promptly and corrected everything on my account. Thank you!!!
Would give a zero. Worst bank ever. Opened an account it has been locked since day one. Multiple phone calls and still they are unable to fix the problem caused by the bank teller by adding a the wrong phone number to the account.
If I could give less than one star, I would. Unfortunately, this is the only branch close to my home. I'm not a frequent user of this location, but every time I go, I have a bad experience. The service is always extremely slow—even when there are barely any other customers. Most recently, I went in two weeks ago to deposit some checks. One of the checks had faint ink, and the teller couldn’t process it. The branch manager came over but was no help either. I asked her to report the issue to corporate—she refused.
