I really like Penfed credit union! Their online app is also very easy to use.
This Company sent me a letter saying my credit application had been denied. I haven't applied for credit with them and called the number on the letter letting them know someone had obviously used my information to apply for credit. I gave Pam my name and the number to reference to. She said the number was no good. Then after giving her my name and she acknowledged it she says she can't tell me the name I just gave her.
