Great auto refinance interest rate, horrible after that. I've bought countless cars in my lifetime and never once did i have to do my own title work for a car. I live in ohio and they do electronic title services for a lein holder which I confirmed with the Ohio bmv that penfed was a part of. After receiving a letter stating they needed my title I called and asked why they don't get a power of attorney from me and electronically request the title from ohio. There good but you have to send so many documents. You have email and send information. It said we where approved but wait to get loan so we can pay stuff off
