If you're trying to get a car loan from them, they make it difficult for you to cash your check because they put it in both parties' names, and no bank will except it
I've closed my accounts with PenFed due to their deceptive business practices. I urge all veterans and armed forces members to carefully review their statements, especially regarding "paid off" loan balances that may not be fully settled. I believe the Federal Government should investigate PenFed's conduct.
I like the place theres smiles everywhere
I recently moved from San Antonio and I miss the Penfed Branch and their outstanding customer service. I banked there for four years before relocating and I would recommend to all. The two employees that helped me the most were Mike and Belinda - so nice and patient with my frequent visits to the branch!
