I have been a member of PenFed Credit Union since 2005. I have paid off two vehicle loans and just started my third. Every time I speak with a PenFed representative I get through very fast and everyone is polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and guide me through the process well! I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others!
I recently got denied for a personal loan quote with having outstanding credit and nothing maxed out and the loan officer tells me " it a sign of the times" . I have been putting off moving to another credit union since they changed to Valour, and now there's not even a drive through. Time to move on, because it's a sign of the times.
