Elizabeth went above and beyond to help us finished our car loan. After dealing with PenFed online with no help; we came into the branch at 1238pm and she spent an hour over closing time on a Saturday to help us with finishing the approval for the car loan. She didn’t have to but she did. Driving 3 hours from killleen and feeling defeated i am highly appreciative of her and this PenFed branch. Thank you Elizabeth 🤎
