I would like to know if this bank has a headquarters and what their number is. I have repeatedly received horrible customer service. An example; I received a notice in the mail that contradicts a conversation I had on the phone recently. So I call to ask about it. the response I got was; "disregard it" and then they immediately hang up on me. This is NOT how you treat members. I also noticed that this bank fails to have a BBB report. I wish I had done better research. I never would have opened an account.
I think that they should evaluate their staff for adherence to their stated "Core Values" as disrespecting a 20+ year retired Navy SEAL Veteran would seem to be in stark contrast to them...
