If I could give you zero stars I would.. Took company 6 calls to finally send a paid lien release - I haven’t spoken to a worse more incompetent customer service in my life. I will never use company again . From start of loan to beginning was nothing but a headache . PLEASE USE OTHER CREDIT UNION TRUST ME IT’LL save you a lot of headaches . I work in the automotive business and I would constantly recommend your bank and have had at least 3 clients use them in the last month alone. Never again …

I went to the credit union to get a roll of quarters. I was asked by the clerk if I was a member and I was told since I was not a member I couldn't exchange for coins. She referred me to a bank outside the base. The funny thing is that several months before the clerk on duty did not have an issue!

Absolutely Terrible Service. I am a dealer that paid off a loan for over 17k with this credit union. When I called to get an update on the title release I was told with an attitude that they wont disclose that to me and hung up. After calling back and speaking to another rep who was able to help me its evident this person was having a bad day. Unfortunately bad days don't justify such terrible service.
