Absolutely Terrible Service. I am a dealer that paid off a loan for over 17k with this credit union. When I called to get an update on the title release I was told with an attitude that they wont disclose that to me and hung up. After calling back and speaking to another rep who was able to help me its evident this person was having a bad day. Unfortunately bad days don't justify such terrible service.
Tai at Pen Fed was more than helpful and she knowledgeably walked me through the entire process
