Worst bank ever. Worst customer service ever. Today I heard that PenFed was going to be closing this location, this is my first time hearing this. So I told my brother who lives in Clovis and has an account there as well, he goes to the bank and asks them if that's true and they said yes. He asked why he wasn't told about this, and the teller said oh well we sent emails and flyers to everyone. Which is NOT true AT ALL. Lack of management! Expect to be there 45 mins max! Lost my business!
The incompetent tellers have AGAIN made a withdrawal from my account instead of my parents account. Why do we have to show ID and verify SS number if they are still going to pull funds from the wrong account. This has happened THREE times that they have confused our accounts. And we only have the same last name, it's not like I'm a junior with the same first and last name. I am switching banks.
Great customer service, but the wait was long.
Wow we were gonna switch banks but with all the really bad reviews, never mind. Sounds like this bank has really bad employees
