NOT A SPA! I reserved 3 - 80min. massages for my friends and myself. They walked us to the waiting room told us to wait there. We were served Prosecco in different sizes glasses not flutes. The rooms do not have walls nor doors and while you are getting a massage you can hear people talking, opening cabinets and foot steps. A curtain is your door. On every ad online, it’s mentioned that this is a spa, but there isn’t even a shower area to rinse off the leftover oil left on your body. Instead they just hand you a steaming hot... read more
I love this relaxing oasis in the city! Not only does Penelope and the Beauty Bar offer a variety of services - their customer service is second to none! Sonia and Quynh are wonderful and have taken such good care of my waxing, manicure, and pedicure needs. Highly recommend!
