Absolutely gorgeous spa with so many incredible wellness and beauty services. The massage services here are my absolute favorite in town. The masseuses are attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’m thankful for this space to reset and recharge in the heart of downtown Seattle! I also love the way the team hosts and supports social events that bring people together.
Poor Quality Service, Rude and inattentive staff. Will not return. Had multiple treatments booked here and was looking forward to a day of relaxation. At time of booking massage treatment, was told experience would be customizable and would be discussed prior to service. Upon arrival, after 20 minute wait past start time and no communication, the technician arrived and started treatment without discussing anything. I had the most incredible facial with Elise at Penelope and The Beauty Bar. Her touch is gentle, her technique is exceptional, and she made my skin look and feel absolutely radiant. The entire experience was luxurious from start to finish. I left glowing, literally. Elise is truly gifted, and I will absolutely be booking again. Highly recommend.
I got the lifting and sculpting facial with Ivanna and I couldn’t recommend her and the service more. She is incredibly knowledgeable about skin and facial care, as well as a rich conversationalist. Her and I instantly hit it off and had a wonderful time talking about a variety of things. Her work is also masterful. I left feeling refreshed, tighter, and my face is very “snatched” a week later post treatment. I definitely will be back. For both Ivanna and a facial.
Nichole did an amazing job with my beard trim/shave. She takes the time to talk to you and understand exactly what you are looking for. It seems like the hotel is just starting a men's "spa" and Nichole is the perfect person to spearhead such an endeavor. Great work.
