I honestly can’t recommend Pendulum Physio highly enough — especially for anyone who is pregnant and struggling with pain or discomfort. I went in at 26 weeks pregnant originally for lower back, hip and pregnancy-related pelvic pain, but I had also been suffering with a severe headache with nausea and vomiting for four days. Declan is fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, works with you to give you a clear path to recovery, not like other ‘physios’ who would have you coming back forever. Really sound person to work with too. As much as I hope to never need to, wouldn’t hesitate to return to Declan
Have been treated by another physio for shoulder pain for years with no major relief. One conversation with Declan and he diagnosed a neck issue which was causing the shoulder pain. After a few sessions of physio with him and following his suggested exercises my neck and shoulder have never felt better. He really knows his stuff. Declan is absolutely fantastic. I first went to Pendulum a few months ago with bad neck pain which was really hindering movement. Declan was able to pinpoint the issue almost immediately and with his help and guidance the pain halved within a few weeks and after a few hands on sessions and completing the exercises my neck is almost completely back to normal. I cannot thank Declan enough and would highly recommend Pendulum to anyone seeking physio.
