Best physio iv ever been to. Explains your issues in simple terms and goes above and beyond to ensure he can help. Have been attending Declan for a few years now with my back and received absolutely fantastic treatment. Declan started from the very beginning and was able to target and provide me with treatment and exercises that had me right in only a few weeks, something other physios had spent years trying to fix and I was still in pain. PENDULUM PHYSIO, Lurgan you really are THE BEST! I developed chronic hip pain two weeks ago and the pain was indescribable. Fortunately having had excellent after care from them after my knee operation i knew where to go! Fortunately having my hip Physio i had Declan whom was firm but kind and did an amazing job. I injured my knee at football in December 2023 and was recommended to go to Pendulum. I saw Dee who suspected I had tore my ACL and told me to get an MRI. The MRI confirmed a full tear of my ACL and PCL. Dee put me on a prehab programme before going for surgery. After I had my surgery in March 24, I went back to Pendulum and started with Declan.
