This time 12 months ago I was forced to marathon due to a calf injury, but thanks to Declan's expertise and programme for recovery, I am back running full marathons. I smashed my PB last week!
I highly recommend Pendulum Physiotherapy Lurgan Andrew Winter was my physio. he was excellent and so helpful and explained everything. The exercises he gave me have really made a big difference and I will continue with these daily.
Declan and Paddy have helped me so much to the point that it's transformed my life. I would recommend them wholeheartedly if you need professional and focused care, I've recommended them to friends and family as a result. I wanted to say a great BIG thank you to Patrick for putting me right again! Drs were telling me this was wrong & that was wrong, but after only 4 sessions with Patrick I was back to my old self again. Thank you Patrick for your expertise & Declan for fitting me in at such short notice!
Went here for my post ACL surgery and a revision arthroscopy. Physio sessions was top class and really pushed you not like any other I had been to. Paddy my physiotherapist was brilliant and made sure I had a solid roadmap forward every 2 weeks. He also made sure I had a plan for moving away to America and making sure my knee was still looked after.
