Very unprofessional. Don’t go and waste your time and money. Pendulum Immigration misguided us for almost over 9 months. Now They don’t even reply to our emails. We applied our LMIA process through them. The file was refused on the very first month and they never informed us as we used to ask them every week or month about the status of our file. I’m extremely disappointed with this immigration service. Their customer service is honestly pathetic, especially for clients who are abroad and rely heavily on communication. My case was being handled by Dipika, and unfortunately, the experience has been very frustrating. They were quick to ask for full payment upfront, but once they received the money, their responsiveness dropped completely. Getting updates or even a simple reply became a struggle.
