Very unprofessional service. I would strongly advise others not to waste their time or money with Pendulum Immigration. They misled us for over 9 months. At no point did they inform us that our LMIA application fell under the low-wage category. The low-wage LMIA rule came into effect on September 26, 2024, yet they still submitted our application in February 2025 without properly advising us of the risks.
