My mom has been here for 2 years and I'm well pleased with the care she receives. The administration has done a remarkable job in keeping them safe during this pandemic. My mom did contract the COVID but was well taken care of. They have exercised every precaution to keep them safe. It was difficult at times, especially the first year, not being able to see mom but knowing it was being done to protect her and the other residents made it easier. The CNAs need to be retrained on how to put a resident on a beedpan and how to be more kind to family and residents. When i worked here you did not disrespecked the resident or the family. What has happened?

This is one of the best nursing homes around. When coworkers work together and communicate, it is a beautiful thing. The problem is with the nursing home system nationwide. Management and workers divide could be better. Benefits of small town workers outway city workers who don't connect.

I have no remorse for the employee who takes medication from the patients and keeps them for his self ,.pathetic of the employer to let that happen
