I came for support for a very complicated legacy case involving my family. Jason was absolutely fantastic, he knew the legal background in detail, he had clearly read through all the documentation that I sent him very thoroughly. He was empathetic and he gave us a clear way forward that enabled my family to take the next steps with confidence. I cannot recommend Penderlaw Solicitors highly enough!
DO NOT USE! Can’t put 0 stars but if you are looking to buy or sell a house go somewhere else as they are terrible, take there time with absolutely everything as they just want to take your money and do not listen to anything that is said to them! If they was the only ones left in England I still wouldn’t use them.
We used penderlaw on a recent house purchase. The team were fantastic, responsive and did there utmost to meet our deadlines. An exceptional service. A special thank you to Jennifer who handled our case who made everything sail smoothly.
The people at Penderlaw were amazing. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Tegan and Isabelle were exactly who I needed to help me through my divorce: professional, available and very, very good at what they do.
Penderlaw were very helpful and efficient when it came to acting as the solicitor for the sale of my cottage in Port Isaac. In fact, I bought the cottage with them and I found using them for its sale very helpful because they had an easy access to the history of the property and I was familiar with some of their team. I'm now in the process of looking for a new home to buy and I look forward to instructing Penderlaw again.
